Fees for Services

Individual Psychotherapy Sessions:

  • Intake Session | $135

  • 60 Minute Session | $125

  • 90 Minute Session | $190

  • 120 Minute Session | $250

Family and Couples Session Pricing

  • Intake Session | $150

  • 60 Minute Session | $165

  • 90 Minute Session | $215

  • 120 Minute Session | $300

Court Attendance (In Person/Virtual) | $125 per hour

  • Minimum of one hour attendance required

Documentation (Court & Personal) | $25+

  • In compliance with Tennessee Code § 63-2-102 and § 68-11-304, cost of records includes up to first 5 pages. Pages 6+ are an additional $0.50 per page.

  • Additional fees equal to the cost of postage may be required for mailing or shipping records.

At this time we are only able to accept the following insurances:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of TN (commercial ONLY)

  • Anthem

  • UHC (commercial ONLY)

  • Optum

  • UMR

At Full-Circle Counseling, we never want the cost of services to hinder your therapeutic journey. We have several funding and grant opportunities can provide superbills for insurance reimbursement, and offer an income-based sliding scale to help with the cost of services.
